Automatic High Speed Flute Laminator DX-2100, each unit can be adjusted automatically after order entry which is fast and convenient, free of manual adjustment. Top sheet loading function enables a fast and convenient paper feeding back-edge feeder head which is serve motor driven and shaftless as well as sheet delivering in overlapping mode facilitate a high-speed and smooth operation.

Different paper size and order-change without calibrating can also be achieved. In addition, front edge feeder head is optional based on the demands of costumers’ requirements. Bottom paper is equipped with high-pressure, vacuum suction feeder, medium-pressure suction fan and dual servo motors to maintain a stable accurate and fast paper feeding.

It is also available for different types of liner board as well as 3/5/6 ply corrugated cardboard. The transmission and positioning system, transmission rack adopts suction fans and belt-driven to keep fast, accurate and stable. The double side is coupled with a specially designed servo-driven belt to automatically correct the position of the top sheet. The middle section is equipped with double photoelectric to detect the position of the top sheet, then the bottom sheet would be auto fed.

In the bottom-section four photoelectric to help detect the position of top sheet and bottom sheet and the servo motor is to replenish the speed loss of top sheet and to correct the position within 0.02s thus enabling the top and bottom sheet in alignment accurately and smoothly.

Gluing and laminating unit is designed with stable operation, high stability, and low noise. Its adopts high-precision anvil roller which is tear-resistant and is equipped with three sensors to detect the glue volume and control the glue level so to make glue-applying more evenly and with glue reclaiming system to enable the glue to flow back for reuse. It is fast and convenient to clean the glue roller automatically by using the glue roller cleaning system. The pressure transmission belt is equipped with a horizontal platform which is designed with a special paper overlapping function combined with the top and bottom belt to apply pressure to paper in which the paper is dried and firmly laminated through the whole process.

The auto pile flip flop stacker cooperates with the laminator to collect sheets with the max. speed of 10,000 sheet/hour. It is also functioned with interval turning front and back stacking. The pile is delivered neatly after paper-collecting. The transmission belt can be moved, and manual paper-collecting is available when the turner fails or suddenly stops to work during the production.
