Single Face Production Line

Corrugated cardboard is made up of liner and fluting. The liner is the flat sheet of paper/card, which the fluted (corrugated) paper/card is glued to with a starch and water based glue. Different numbers of liners, and fluting layers can be used depending on the desired type of cardboard required. The height of the flute can be varied for different applications and uses of the cardboard too.

Single Face Production Line is a new generation machine for producing single face using electric heat instead of steam. Using electric heat can actually be more economical than using steam heat, and possibly much more environmentally friendly as well. Electric heat also requires less equipment to instal than a traditional steam heat line, which helps reduce the high installation costs that will come to produce single face with steam.

The fingerless type single facer features a vacuum suction component that greatly increases production precision, the finished corrugated board gives excellent surface finishing, the line is avialable in different working widths and flute types, and it is integrated by:

1. Paper Roll Stand, electric or hydraulic (customer choice).
2. Single Facer fingerless type, equipped with rewinding function.
3. Slitter Rewinder, equipped with automatic counter.
