Introducing the DCZ7X Series: High-Speed Digital Cutting with Precision

The DCZ7X series of high-speed flatbed digital cutters is AOKE’s latest innovation, specially designed for industries such as packaging, printing, advertising, displays, and more. This advanced cutting system stands out with its modular design, featuring two independent tool heads, high versatility, and interchangeable tools — offering a powerful and flexible solution for a wide range of applications.

Equipped with specialized tools including a vibrating knife, creasing wheel, drag knife, and V-cut knife, the DCZ7X can cut materials up to 60 mm thick, such as corrugated cardboard, foam, expanded PVC, cardstock, greyboard, honeycomb board, and many others.

Thanks to its newly designed steel frame and optimized vacuum zone, the DCZ7X ensures stronger material hold and greater mechanical stability. Additionally, the automatic tool height adjustment system allows for effortless setup — just one press of a button sets the tool depth, avoiding unnecessary cuts into the table and making operation smarter and more precise.
