DELMA Importaciones continues strengthening its production capabilities with the acquisition of two new AMC converting systems supplied by BOX: a Low Speed Edge Board Protector Line Model ZHJ-120D and a Paper Slitter Rewinder Model ZFQ-2500D.
This investment is focused on improving operational efficiency, production consistency, and material converting capacity for edge board manufacturing and paper processing applications.
The integration of both systems allows DELMA Importaciones to optimize material flow from paper roll preparation to finished edge protector production, while maintaining stable operation and production flexibility.
Low Speed Edge Board Protector Line – Model ZHJ-120D
The Low Speed Edge Board Protector Line ZHJ-120D is a continuous production line designed for manufacturing laminated paper edge protectors used in load stabilization and packaging reinforcement applications.
The system is engineered to provide reliable production performance while maintaining dimensional consistency and adhesive uniformity throughout the manufacturing process.
Paper Slitter Rewinder – Model ZFQ-2500D
The Slitter Rewinder ZFQ-2500D is designed for precision slitting and rewinding of paper rolls in continuous converting operations.
